Founded in 1986 in Abu Dhabi, Dolphin began its journey as Dolphin Radiators & Cooling Systems, a small radiator repair shop. Over the years, leveraging the UAE’s burgeoning economy, Dolphin expanded into the Oil and Gas industry with the launch of Dolphin Oilfield Equipment Services. Today, with over three decades of experience, Dolphin has emerged as a local specialist capable of meeting the needs of both local and global clients with innovative, high-quality, and safe engineering solutions.

HVAC Division:

  • Air Conditioning: Manufacturing condensers, evaporators, and AHU coils in our ISO standard and AHRI certified factory in Ajman, UAE.
  • Refurbishment: Shutdown maintenance, including replacing chiller unit condenser coils, compressor overhauling, troubleshooting, commissioning, and anti-corrosion coatings.
  • Anticorrosive protective coating: We are specialist on corrosion protection of your HVAC/R equipment. The coating protects HVAC&R equipment with the highest standard to extend the life of your investment and adds to the reliability and performance by providing long-term corrosion resistance

Dolphin was founded in 1986 in the UAE as a humble vehicle radiator servicing workshop which originated from knowledge I inherited from my father. Today, Dolphin employs over 500 people over 7 different business units specializing in various heat transfer capabilities. With our base firmly rooted in the capital Abu Dhabi, we are proud to have contributed to the development of the Emirate as well as the Great Nation of UAE under the wise and visionary leadership of Abu Dhabi’s rulers.

For the past three decades, Dolphin has provided the Oil and Gas market with exceptional products and services through engineering excellence and integrity. Throughout the years, consistent growth has been witnessed, and long-term success has been achieved despite challenging times.

Heat Exchangers

We successfully refurbished 16 seal oil coolers, which included replacing tubes and overhauling 3-way valves. Each cooler was tested at a pressure of 90 bar, and we applied a specialized anti-corrosive coating on the tube sheet to enhance durability and performance.

Anti Corrosion Cooling Towers

The refurbishment project replaced high-efficiency oval tube cooling coils in six cooling towers. A specialized anti-corrosion coating was applied to the coils and bottom water tanks, enhancing their performance and extending operational lifespan.

Rig Cleaning

The rig cleaning job utilized a 40,000 PSI ultra-high pressure hydro jetting machine equipped with specialized rotating nozzles to effectively remove crude debris, rust, and old paint. This advanced technology not only ensures a thorough clean but also prepares the rig for optimal performance and longevity in demanding environments.
