    We successfully refurbished 16 seal oil coolers, which included replacing tubes and overhauling 3-way valves. Each cooler was tested at a pressure of 90 bar, and we applied a specialized anti-corrosive coating on the tube sheet to enhance durability and performance.

    Manufacture, supply and replacement of radiator coils for gas turbines in power plants. The project was of 4 gas turbines consisting of a total 24 radiator coils. The new supplied radiators were coated with anti corrosion coating to protect radiators from harsh coastal environment

    We specialize in manufacturing new radiators and refurbishing existing ones to enhance performance. Our heavy-duty cores are custom-designed to meet specific applications, ensuring optimal efficiency. Each radiator is fully assembled with new cores, gaskets, and bolts for superior durability.

    Anti Corrosion Cooling Towers

    The refurbishment project replaced high-efficiency oval tube cooling coils in six cooling towers. A specialized anti-corrosion coating was applied to the coils and bottom water tanks, enhancing their performance and extending operational lifespan.

    Rig Cleaning

    The rig cleaning job utilized a 40,000 PSI ultra-high pressure hydro jetting machine equipped with specialized rotating nozzles to effectively remove crude debris, rust, and old paint. This advanced technology not only ensures a thorough clean but also prepares the rig for optimal performance and longevity in demanding environments.

We started with 1 and currently we have 7 Jetstream UHP machine of 20,000 PSI and 40,000 PSI pressure @ various flow rates and are mainly executing work in the Oil and gas sector. Our Hydro Jetting Services expands further in many sectors and application such Surface preparation, Pipes Cleaning, Tanks and Vessels Cleaning, Cold Cutting and Concrete Removal and Demolition
